By accessing or using PriceBoard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PriceBoard provides tools for creating and sharing service menus and pricing boards. The service is currently free to use, with premium subscription options coming soon.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Payment Terms

PriceBoard is currently free to use. When optional premium plans are introduced, they will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You will be notified before any charges apply. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to interfere with the service's infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create on PriceBoard. We retain ownership of the PriceBoard platform, branding, and underlying technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

PriceBoard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

9. Account Deletion & Data

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Deleting your account removes your board, services, gallery, and analytics from the live platform. An archived copy of your data is retained for record-keeping purposes. You are free to sign up again and create a new board at any time.

To request complete and permanent deletion of all archived data, contact us at support@priceboard.app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of PriceBoard after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
